I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. If you read other reviews on other sites, you will see that we make every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable, and most people do enjoy their stay with us. Regarding the room you booked, when you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia, we have no control over which room you choose. That said, if it was not the room you wanted we would have happily moved you to another room. We do have wi-fi available in the restaurant, you just have to ask... The temperature of the rooms can be controlled with either the split system a/c unit, or the oil heater provided. In winter it does get very cold down here on the South-West Victorian Coast... If you don't turn on the extraction fans in the bathroom, or open the windows, then it may seem like there is very poor ventilation... Your other concerns will be addressed immediately to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for your feedback. Regards
