"Nice hotel close to the central train station. Very friendly and supportive staff. Fine breakfast buffet. Clean. Quiet neighborhood, but hotel also close to cafes, dining places, and two grocery stores. Within walking distance of downtown Koblenz."
"The worst experience. Room was on full air conditioning and staff had no idea what to do. Had to wear a hat and coat in the room. Restaurant was terrible and over priced. Waiter literally tossed my plate down and food was almost inedible. Airport shuttle was half hour late. Do not stay jere!"
"Beds were on wheels with no breaks. Sliding everywhere on the laminate flooring creating a gap between the two beds. In middle of night I rolled down the gap mentioned. It hurt. "
