"Place was clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff helpfull: 1. Had a lady at the front desk that really did a good job speaking English. 2. Very good staff at restaurant. 3. We had a problem with our AC during the night. They send an technician asap. Resolved the problem in 15 minutes. We had hotels in the past where there was no technician during graveyard shift, so we really appreciated this. Very good roomservice also. Would recommend."

"Nice people, great location, good breakfast! We walked almost everywhere in the historic center no matter of the rain. The restaurant and staff were very helpful. We had dinner at Majorica once which was really great and walking distance from the hotel. Thank you"

"O hotel é maravilhoso, só teria duas sugestões de melhorias: O café da manhã ter mais variedade e ter mais opções de jogos, pois não tem salão de jogos e sim um baralho, um dominó e um pega varetas. Como a cidade para de funcionar cedo, acaba sendo entediante a noite."

"A gorgeous hotel with a great and varied breakfast. Easy to park there. 2min walk to the Cathedral and 10min walk to the Crystal Palace. The staff were incredibly helpful and it was very clean. We got a lovely local chocolate on arrival :)"

"This stay was amazing. The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything.
The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town.
We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised."
