"Incredible room and spa facilities"

"Staff was great and helpful. Loved the texting option with guest services. However, found the room to be dark with all the lights turned on, not enough light in the bathroom to do makeup at the mirror and no bathroom fan for the shower."

"I love this place. The location is ideal and the rooms are perfect, but the best party is the friendly staff from William to Sandy to Kim and other staff I have not gotten to know yet. They always greet with a smile and make suggestions on where to eat and seem to love their job. I highly recommend this hotel!! See everyone soon. "

"We have been coming here for a number of years when we visit one of our favourite places, Niagara Falls. Hotel is undergoing renovations, which we weren't aware of when we booked. Several elevators out of service, gift shop gone, many other areas of the hotel in mid-reno, construction noise, etc. staff are fantastic, as always, the view is superb (we always get a room with a view of both Falls), especially at night, the late afternoon social and included breakfast are both great. Look forward to the reno being done and hotel back to its usual high standards on our next visit !"

"The lifegurds at the wave should pay attention during the wave starts. Three adults were raising our hands and scream for help as one of my kids were drowen.None of the lifegurds saw/recognized the situation. My son was rescued by one women ( For me, she is an angle sent by God). I would like to thank the women and above all my God for his protection. "

"Don't be fooled by your hotel price that you are quoted! It's plus amenities fees of over $200 for 2 nights, plus parking. Also, we ordered room service once. It should of been $85 with tip but it was $120 because of taxes and other misc fees. Also, they charged my credit card $800 for the hold and when we checked out and paid with a different credit card. It was 996$ for 2 nights. They told me the $800 hold would be taken off in a week or so. I booked my 2 night stay at 263$ a night. Although i liked the view and bigger tub, the carpet and furniture was very worn! I would not recommemd dealing with this hotel. When i called to speak to someone they were very rude!"
