Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this...

"Room was quite dirty and sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was rank and the shower just sprayed water in every direction. Pool was great though just very strong chlorine. My safe in my rooms battery kept dying/ not working and had to go get staff everytime I needed something from the safe. Next day I asked to check out because of how dirty it was and the front desk woman got quite upset at me for using the pool in the day before I checked out WITHOUT refund.
