"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"Communication from the hotel is piss poor. If you land at Phuket airport it will take 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel and you will need to take a 1 hr taxi, and 2 boats. Also make sure to get to Phiphi island before 4:30pm. Otherwise you literally can't get there cos the last boat has left. But the catch is no one will inform you ahead. I saw the reviews online were really bad but I had already made the mistake to book it and when I tried to cancel the hotel outrightlysaid no."
