"Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peaceful with nice staff and amenities."

"Great property in a great location with attention to detail throughout the apartment. However if you are a light sleeper, the constant train passing through and subsequent noise will surely be a bother."

"Overall disappointing stay at the (not)sosuite Neighbourhood felt pretty unsafe with a homeless shelter down the road and unhoused folks wandering around. Check in was confusing, overly complicated and only made worse with the anonymity for the host that the email and text process provides. Additional prepaid damages and parking certainly adds to the lack of any perceived value The receptionist for the building was helpful but let us know it’s not really her job to check us in. Room was only...

"Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl"

"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"The place esthetically is really nice, bathroom gorgeous and location great. Kitchen amenities require having to view pdfs that I personally I didn’t feel like reading."

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."

"I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

"Very nice place"

"This was my fourth or fifth stay and unfortunately I had a room facing building cooling units and garbage cans. Would definitely ask not to be put there next time but they’re often pretty full for events. This is a great property, near lots of restaurants, easy access to Philly, friendly staff."

"Ubicacion Excelente, Habitación Excelente, bar excelente, limpieza y deco hermosa, el cafe de la mañana y los muffins exquisitos! Amé volveré"

"The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing."

"I called for an early check, but when I reach there at 2:19pm. I was told that Rume is not available and they asked me to pay 30$ for early check-in. Small lotion, small bar soap, small shampoo, broken TV, broken toilet seat. Never again"
