"We stayed in an Executive King. It was spacious and met the needs of our family. The hotel location was perfect. We could walk to any location in city center. We enjoyed the spacious comfortable lobby. It was great to unwind in the evening with family as an extension of our room. The front start was friendly and the bellman always greeted us as we left and arrived. We’d stay again. "

"When I tried to call for front desk, room service etc. all the lines had a busy signal. I didn’t have a clock in the room. The stuff was great. "

"Hotel was great. Very clean. Right across the street from the Convention Center. Walking distance to Love sign, Liberty Bell, Penn's Landing, and especially Reading Food Hall. "

"The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out...

"The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. "
