"toilet leaking water on the floor when flushed (room 417) . reported it twice, nothing was done until check out. shuttle bus not available although advertised that it will be there every thirty minutes -waited almost an hour with no shuttle bus show up. had to take UBER. check out time - clerk not really helpful - told her checking out with no questions, she said just drop the keys there. But I Needed Print Out Receipt - they just don't pay attention."

"The hotel's greatest advantage is its excellent location in the heart of the city's historic district, just minutes from Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Reading Terminal, and many other attractions.
