"My stay was okay. Would have appreciated better customer service. Tried reaching out via their messenger system and nobody responded. The day of my reservation I called and was put on hold twice and call dropped for over 10-15 minutes trying to reach someone. Requested a refrigerator since I am traveling with a child who has formula and it was a delay of 1.5 to get the refrigerator brought to the room. For the cost of the night and reviews I expected better service."

"The breakfast was bad. The pancakes couldn’t be cut into bites as well as the sausage - didn’t eat there again"

"Cuarto limpio y amplio. Guardan las maletas antes del check in y despues del check out."

"10/10 We are the best👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽"

"The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and our room was never cleaned during our stay. This was disappointing and did not meet our expectations for customer service. As well as the customer service never told us bout the parking fees…."

"Great stay"

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained, parking is valet and can be paid using incidentals hold which is rather convenient. The staff were very helpful and courteous."
