"Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"Very nice and comfortable rooms. Fast elevators and clean hallways. Perfect location for getting to/from the train station but also downtown or uptown. Shower water was hot with great water pressure. Rooms were quiet but near the elevator. We did not hear any late night/early morning noise from the park which was great. "Hotel is in the middle of Midtown a block away from GrandCentral Train station just make sure you know the right exit or it will be a longer walk. The hotel is a short walk to Time square & Fifth Avenue so I give a great rating for the excellent location. When we checked in the room, it was a let down & it was not the Deluxe room i imagined. Patio was tiny with really old & dusty patio chairs that had been there, along with cigarette butts in the corner. there’s nothing to see but walls....
