I had inquired at check in if a reservation was needed and was told no. "My son & his wife stayed after their wedding and reception at the Chesapeake Inn. They said both said they would rate it a 4.5 of 5. I did find that whatever directions I put into my navigation took us on a long & winding road that led to a house on the other side of town. They said people come to their house often in search of the B&B. So it was a journey to get the happy couple there. They did enjoy their stay."

"The staff here is 10/10, especially those that work the breakfast buffet. You could not ask for more attentive and kind people. The pool is well maintained. While there I witnessed an employee check the chemical levels of the water and another employee skim the pool. I stayed on the 4th fl and could see clearly to the bottom of the pool. "It is located just off a main highway with a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House on the same side and a Golden Corral just across the highway. This location is an older facility. The owners are doing very well to make the accommodations pleasant. It's primary usage would be for a night or two stay while traveling a long distance as there are no types of any recreation or entertainment available. The price is right and there is a small fee for your pet."
