"The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. "

"I booked and paid for the property over 2 weeks in advance. We were arriving late, so I called ahead to confirm they were still holding the room for me. Upon arrive they did not have my prepaid room available and said they only had a single bed available. No rollaway cot or pullout couch to accommodate my party of 3. No offer to provide extra blankets or pillows. When asked to get compensated they told me I would have to reach out to Expedia to have them ask for a refund."

"The gym equipment was not properly represented by the hotel. There was one big yoga room with one treadmill, right in the middle, and a bench. On the weight rack, three, yes 3, dumbells. It was disappointing to hear the management staff speak so highly of their setup. I suppose if you never had access to gym, this may be the normal and expected reaction, but, again, this was not a gym. The area surrounding the hotel is not safe and is rundown so if you're looking for an actual place to workout,...

"This is in a great location to Bricktown. You could walk to it. The room itself was great with some really nice personal touches. It was very clean. The location of the actual room was awful though. It was right across from the front desk and so was incredibly loud from every direction. I would definitely recommend repurposing this room all together. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10"

"Very very nice and modern room"

"Wow! Where to begin let’s start as soon as you walk into the front door the welcome mat looked like it was from 1818, parts of the ceiling was missing, pool partially drained, jacuzzi filled with swamp looking water, mold on room walls, roof hanging off, towels had stains, and the smells was of an abandoned building. The building has great potential but no maintenance or love has been given to facilities. For the price they should be ashamed."

"This property is always clean and staff is very friendly and kind. We now stay here every time we go down to visit our son and see OU football games. There is great food and bars around the hotel in Bricktown. There is less traffic than a main st in a town of 9000 people."

"Very poorly maintained no smoke alarm furniture was damaged with jar missing from a chest and no phone to call staff with and when I called the online number they have listed. It just sent me into a loop and I never got a hold of anybody. They do not have security and there were very shady characters hanging out in the hallway and parking lot."
