Hotel was built in 2025. All nice amenities. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was the usual Continental type. They ran out of yogurt though one morning and that was around 8:00 am. Extend-a-Suites Phoenix
This property is run down. There are shady people in the parking lot. The bathtub was stained, walls filthy. The nicest thing about this property is the rock wall you see in the picture that says extended stay.
