"The hotel met all expectations with one exception. I had plenty of options before booking with this choice and I choose this one specifically for the EV charging. They offered EV charging but the prices was not fair but the biggest issue was the fee for not disconnecting. "

Did not make me feel like I was in a safe environment or a trusted customer. Room was not clean. Dust on coffee table that could be written in - it was that thick. Nightstand...

Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

"We stayed here as a little weekend getaway & really enjoyed ourself. The room was well kept and up to date, the bed was comfortable and we were happy with the space we got. We were greeted by the staff and they were wonderful in every way. Honestly, the staff here were very conversational and seeingly cheerful. The desk staff was great and the chef was awesome. Love it. "Seems this was previously a beautiful name brand hotel with many features that has been repurposed into a budget hotel. Sort of like lipstick on a pig. The facility is tired. Toilet took for ever to fill. Hot water took a bit to show up. Ice machines not working. Bed was clean. Place was almost 1/3 the price of hotels nearby. There was a breakfast for $6.95 which smelled good we did not have time to try it. If matching furniture and brand new everything is your deal this may not be for you....
