It had a magnificent beach area. The staff was so helpful in everything we needed. The room was kept clean and was very reasonably priced. It was like paradise on the beach, so many beautiful palm trees. I would go back if I was ever there again.

Very nice beach bungalow. Service slow at beach bar.with 4 staff on duty. Massage on beach dirty facilities.massage staff slept on floor between Massages. Could do very well if you invested in massage facilities so we never used. Room cleaning not very good missed sink mirror still dirty 1 cleaning smoked while cleaning not professional.

Der Strandabschnitt ist der Schönste am Longbeach. Das wundervolle Resort hat ganz viele Palmen am Strand, unter den man im Schatten auf Liegen entspannen kann. Die Bungalows sind groß mit sehr großem Bett und Moskitonetz. Leider waren bei mir sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer, und ich wurde viel gestochen. Das Resort hat ein gutes „a la Card“ Restaurant und eine Bar direkt am Strand. Das Einzige was bei einem so tollen Resort endtäuschend war, war das Frühstück. Eigentlich hat nur der Kaffee geschmeckt. Mir hat das Sea Star Beachresort so wunderbar gefallen, dass ich gleich noch mal zwei Nächte dran gehängt hatte. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen hier noch mal her zu kommen.

A really great place to stay!
Stayed for 3 weeks in the standard bungalow and overall we enjoyed it a lot. If we are going back to Phu Quoc in future, we will definitely book this resort again! Plusside: The room was spacy and in good condition, the staff is very friendly and the service is great in every aspect, garden is well taken care of, pictures feels genuine and accurate (what-you-see-is-what-you-get), so it surely met the expecations. The beach area have private sunbeds and it worked flawlessly, the security staff helped out to setup beds if none was available. The lady selling fresh fruits on the beach were friendly and prices competitive. Two times the cleaning staff removed the beach towels but forgot to put in new, the reception helped out without any hassle. Downside: The standard room don't have chairs and table indoors, the only option is the terrace which would have worked fine if it wasn't for the precense of mosquitoes, which was a bit bothersome. The mosquito net over the bed couldn't be fully closed, and there were some bug stains on the net (thaẗ́'s basically the only part of the room that didn't meet the cleaning expectations). We bought bug spray on the supermarket to keep the indoor area bug-free, seemed to work pretty well.

Great relaxing beach resort
We simply loved it, it’s a great place to chill, relax. To wake up listening to sea lapping onto the beach is the best way to start your day. The sunsets from your terrace across the palm fringed beach was lovely. Our room was lovely, super comfortable beds and awesome pillows, the a/c worked great. The gardens were manicured, the beach was kept spotless and there’s plenty of shade under the coconut trees. Breakfast was good, however the meals that the restaurant served were dull. There’s plenty of options to eat out just outside the hotel, we preferred to turn right.

Super Lage am wunderschönen Strand. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Strandabschnitt, hier stehen auch kostenlos Liegen für Hotelgäste zur Verfügung. Der Liegebereich ist mit Palmen etc. sehr schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir hatten einen Superior-Bungalow und waren vollauf zufrieden. Er ist nicht mehr der neueste, aber bereits renoviert und alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war gut und immer genügend vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Underbart ställe! Prisvärt! Bästa, vackraste tillhörande strand med fina palmer som skuggar.Fina bungalows med välskött trädgård i området. Jättesköna sängar och sköna kuddar. Saknade möjligen lite bättre klädförvaring som t ex en byrå. Vänlig, trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe!

The hotel’s location is excellent. The beach is about fifty meters in front of our bungalow. It is a very safe place to stay and enjoy holidays. The room is exceptionally clean, but the Wi-Fi is weak. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants and souvenirs shop nearby. The hotel has a restaurant offering excellent Vietnamese dishes. We had excellent free breakfast including Vietnamese soup called Pho, fried spring rolls, various Vietnamese dishes and fruits, cheese, bread, coffee, tea, juice … The restaurant staff are very polite and professional, as well as the staff at the reception desk. Regarding the room cleaning service, the staff did an excellent job. We will certainly stay here next time we visit Phu Quoc.

Friendly staffs, excellent service. Bungallow has mosquito curtained beds, but i changed rooms to deluxe to avoid mosquitos after 1 day. They offered discounts because of inconvenience. Overall, nice place to stay, very close to beach

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Star Resort in the beachfront bungalow. The bed was big and comfortable, the beach was clean and has many lounge chairs for guests, and it is walking distance to many great restaurants and street food vendors. I’d stay here again!

Beach front bliss.
A very relaxing stay right on the beach ( beach front villa .) A really chilled break . Some good restaurants close by , found by luck as not really well identified. ( along a side street - Colours is good.) Recommend this resort for stay.

Very nice Bungalows, very clean, also a very clean beach! Really nice personell! The bar next to the resort played very loud music each night, which could be heard in the bungalows as well - it would be nice to make some kind of arrangement that they don't play the music that loud.

Der Zahn der Zeit nagt an der Anlage. Die Bungalows sind geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ist ordentlich und sauber. Leider ist der Pool nicht nutzbar gewesen. Algen und Schmutz ließen den Pool unsauber und ekelig erscheinen. Personal und das Restaurant sehr nett und gut. Kann man durchaus empfehlen, für uns hat eine Woche ausgereicht. Der Sonnenuntergang ist Traumhaft.

All the facilities are quite dated and could use a thorough update/remodeling/freshening Love thec close in location and well kept beach. We stay in one of the beach front bungalow love the beach facinf patio...just our bungalow had a roof leak.

This resort's facilities are a bit dated and are due some decent renovation/updating/freshening. Love the closed in location and nice clean beach. Love our beach feont bungalows...but again things are a bit dated

Great stay
The hotel was absolutely fine for the cost of the room. Right on the beach and there is a bar next door that is great to watch the sunset. Breakfast was ok, could have had more options on the cooked menu and the buffet was very light on options. However, during covid it's obviously not easy to get this right. If looking for good value hotel in good location it is a decent option.

Good location, beach chalets are literally on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. The air con in the room could be a little more powerful, maybe it just needs servicing, and breakfast could be a little more varied. Otherwise, I was really happy with my choice for 5 nights.

Huoneita oli sijoitettu kerrostaloihin ja bungaloweihin, joista osa rannalla ja osa viidakkomaisessa puutarhassa. Rannalla voi kaupustelijoilta ostaa edullisesti herkullista, paahdettua maissia ja erilaisia hedelmiä.Myös hierontaa muutamilla euroilla. Hotellin aamupala oli oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Hotel à taille humaine, les pieds dans l'eau avec une jolie plage propre, belle piscine et restaurant sur la plage. Les chambres sont correctes, même si elles mériteraient d'être un peu modernisées. Dans un quartier vivant et à 30 minutes à pied du marché de nuit. Seul bémol : endroit pas très reposant à cause de 3 bâtiments en construction autour (en mars 2019) et le bar voisin sur la plage qui met la musique à fond jusqu'à 1h du matin.

We should be informed that there is a large and very noisy construction project next to this resort. And I regret that the manager refused 1 hour late check out without 10% penalty.

Underbart hotell!!
Vi stannade på Sea Star i en vecka och älskade vistelsen. Vi hade en bungalow på stranden, vilket vi varmt rekommenderar då det var direkt nere i sanden och 5 m till hotellets restaurang där man kunde avnjuta frukost, lunch och middag med fötterna i sanden. Både kyl, frys och AC var mycket bra!! Längst med stranden fanns flera resorts med möjlighet till mat, dryck och massage, trots detta kändes hotellets strand mycket avskild. 1 minuts promenad från hotellet ligger stora vägen till doung doung, vilken var full av restauranger och barer, ändå var hotellområdet helt tyst. Taxi till nattmarknaden kostade max 20-30 SEK/50000 vnd. Om man ogillar ljud så fanns nattklubb med musik nära strandområdet till 01, men detta störde inte oss! Billigt på hotellet och runt omkring. Många bra tours att boka via hotellet eller av säljare på stranden. Vill också poängtera hur lite man märkte av turister, trots vad man läst innan var det gott om plats på stränder och inte alls så skräpigt som vi trott. 100 plus till Phu Quoc och Sea Star. Detta hotell kommer vi absolut välja igen om vi återkommer till ön.
