"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "It would seem that this is a place where people have decided to stay long-term, for purely a bed, a place to shower, and it being minorly cheaper than other hotels and hostels. The guy beneath me seemed to have made it his own place and snored like it too. "

"If you’re looking for a Party Hostel in Hanoi, this is THE PLACE TO STAY AT! The parties are wild, Pub Crawls on a regular basis. Amazing tours, would highly suggest doing the Ha Giang Loop Trail with Mad Monkey. "

"Was a OK hostel for the price, but you are able to get much nicer stays in Hanoi without paying much more. There was a lack of area to chill, and only a shared bathroom and shower for the whole hostel which was divided in men or women sections."

"空港からまっすぐ下り15分ほどでこちらのホステルに歩いて到着可能です。空港のタクシーは高いので昼なら歩けます。もしくわGrabでタクシーかバイクをお勧めします。こちらの施設はとても親切に対応してくれます。ただ英語も日本語も通じないので携帯を通して会話をしました。"

"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"Our stay at Solaria Hotel was amazing — easily the best in Hanoi! The room was spacious and beautiful, which is rare in the Old Quarter. The location was perfect, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and main sights. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved relaxing with cocktails at the rooftop bar after exploring. A huge thanks to Liam, who organised our Ha Long Bay trip, airport transfers, and even a complimentary foot spa. He made everything stress-free, especially travelling with kids. We also received a lovely thank-you gift of Vietnamese coffee when we left — such a thoughtful touch. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend Solaria Hotel!"
