"I got a free upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room which was very nice! Check in was pretty fast. The hotel is located in a small but busy alley in the middle of the old quarter which is easy to walk around. The washroom is a bit small but everything is clean."

"My second time staying at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old quarter, but away from noisy bars, which makes it quiet for sleeping at night and is within walking distance of major sites. "ノイバイ国際空港から自動車で10分程度の距離で、周辺にはローカルのお店が少しあるだけで便利とは言えません。 食事は簡素なものでしたが、他に宿泊客がいなかったためなのか、私のためだけに用意していただいて感謝しています。 また何より往復の送迎を無料でしていただいて、トランジット目的の宿泊ならばこれ以上良心的なホテルはないのではないかと思います。"
