"The pool is fantastic. The room was clean, though there were minor glitches with the plumbing. "

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"My stay on 3rd floor was horrendous due to the upstairs ppl. They walked across the non- carpeted floors practically all nite. May have gotten 2 hrs sleep b4 I had to travel to Marco island for my son's wedding. I was told by front desk I would receive a 25% discount....I do not see it on my account...it still says $162....pending. This was the most terrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel....seriously. I'll wait and see if the discount appears. Sidebar....the 2 ladies at the...

"Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about"

"Rooms weren't dusted, stayed for a week, and saw the same dust. Bathroom could use some updating, tub chipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and hot. Easy to find and get to off of I-75."

"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff."
