"Beautiful place Hidden gem!"

"Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. "We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Edy, and especially appreciated the warmth of the staff. The rooms were not large but had everything we needed. It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. "PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. 1. Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2.
