"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

"We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room. We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM. When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May....

"Room overlooking the Lake was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic and the bar was top notch. Great location, walking distance into the City Center of Lecco, and a short bus ride away from Bellagio. Great food options nearby as well. Would love to come stay here again. "

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same. The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing. The breakfast was basic but not amazing quality with a bad...

"We got into Lake Como late, checked into the hotel. Room was nice, clean but a little dated. Layout where our room was a little difficult to find without assistance. Breakfast was really good. Would stay there again. Beautiful views. "

Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day. "

"Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! "
