"Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend.
Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk.

"I read many online reviews for this hotel, most were very good and we arrived full of expectation.

"We had a great time here. We stayed in the Torre room which had an incredible view, was clean, and even better than the pictures in person. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very accomodating for check in and throughout our stay. Bus stops nearby as well as ferry line from Lezzeno. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy.
1. Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key.
2. Bug issues — There were many bugs around the property, and I even found dead bugs in the bathroom floor.
