"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. "Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel.
These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive."

Sardinia is surprisingly rigid about most things but this resort was so laid back and nice, while also very competent. I had a terrible flight situation and they were just fantastic helping me last minute. My friends at other (much more expensive but no where near as nice) hotels were so jealous! "
