"Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in Tignale. D.h. wer Probleme mit Serpentinen hat, sollte sich auf eine etwas anstrengendere Anreise vorbereiten. Der Ausblick vom Hotel über den Gardasee entschädigt für jede Strapaze während der Anreise. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Sandwichmaker, etc.). Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Am ersten Abend waren wir auch im Restaurant des Hotels. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ansonsten...

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"Residence in centro a Desenzano, comodo e pulitissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Gli appartamenti non sono nuovi ma comunque ben tenuti. L'insonorizzazione interna (tra appartamenti) e l'oscuramento delle finestre non sono ottimali: per il primo punto c'è poco da fare, mentre per il secondo basterebbe sostituire le attuali tende con delle nuove più spesse e/o di colore più scuro."

"After a very long day of travel, we arrived to the hotel which is in a stunning location. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 was ready and 1 we realized was given to another couple at check in. After some confusion, they corrected the issue and gave us a fantastic room with amazing views. Immediately the stress was relieved. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.
