"We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? "It's a great space at a great location at an amazing price. I did not like the very involved check in process (i had a dozen messages), continuous upselling and the surprise $300 security deposit or $50 insurance coverage. Take all that way and i would rave about the place and the deal."

"Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason.

"Adorable little studio in a great neighborhood . Costumer service was great as well . I just wish if a fee for damage is going to be charged that it would be just added into the total at the time of booking I hate pop up additional charges when you are trying to plan a short getaway but otherwise now that I know I would book again with them ."
