"We received an exceptionally warm welcome, with helpful staff at the reception and unexpected gift items in the room. Free parking in the basement garage was easy to access, and we were allowed to leave our car for the day after our checkout. Location was as central as it can get, with beautiful views of the Horta harbor."

When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. "Nice rooms in an apartment like setting. Full kitchens. A few minor issues with room but contacts were helpful in resolving. Walkable to Marina areas with lots of bars/restaurants. Beach close as well. Open window and hear the waves."
