"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"Well where do I start.... What a stunning hotel! It's truly beautiful with the lake as a focal point in the lovely gardens, the other side of the swimming pools. On arrival we were welcomed and offered refreshments in a lounge area while our registration was sorted out and the forms were brought to us. We stayed on the garden side of the hotel.
