Neither did they made any effort to understand what we were asking. I would expect them to atleast understand the basic words, if they are in hospitaliy business in Europe. 2. We had to call reception 2-3 times a day for water. Every day i had to walk down to reception to ask for bottle of water. It always took them more than an hour to get back with that...

"Overall good. Hotel is close to airport and is within walking distance. Metro is handy for getting around. We have 2 persons checking in but only 1 paper cup was provided for teeth brushing. Additional ones were given on request. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours but needs reservation and the van is small. Taking the shuttle from the airport on arrival would need prior arrangement. We were not able to contact the hotel from the airport and ended up jumping into a taxi and the driver wasn't...

"Hotel was amazing in every way. We stayed in 2 different rooms which were both unique and special. We loved the decor and art work and colours. Amenities were also wonderful. Gym area had everything in it that we needed Staff were great. Breakfasts extensive and very tasty."
