"On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again"

"When we arrived, the apartment immediately gave us a beautiful, authentic Italian feeling. It’s an old, antique-style apartment, very charming and well-maintained. Everything was clean — the beds, linens, pillows, and the entire space were in great condition. The apartment has two terraces (balconies), both offering an absolutely stunning view — truly a 10/10 for the view. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet; you can even hear birds in the morning. The fresh air and the mountain location...

"Entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es gut geeignet und ausreichend. Zentral, ruhig, sauber, günstig. Man darf halt kein Hotelzimmer erwarten. "

"The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive. There are restaurants where the apartment is located but you need to book especially in busy periods. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernising but its clean, very warm and fine for a week. "
