"simple, clean, quiet,"

"Great stay"

"Best find in Monett! Felt like I was in a swanky NY loft! The hosts decorated so nicely and stocked fridge and snacks bar and also a variety of coffee KCups and creamers. I didn’t leave and hated to say goodbye! Will definitely come back and stay here!"

"Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable."

"Room was very clean. bed and pillows, tv and lighting was good. At this time they are remodeling first floor so had to walk up 2 short flights of steps because there is no elavator. They had very little for breakfast, the lady at the desk wasn't sure why."

"Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and breakfast was simple and good."

"It was very good for what we needed to attend a family funeral in Carthage, MO. Staff was great. Parking right in front of our door. Located near shopping for anything you might need. Good luck to the new management. We thank you helping us during a sad time. Travelers from Rhode Island."

"It was a beautiful spacious room. The only thing it lacked was some lotion and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom."

"We booked 3 rooms because the pics showed that they have been updated with laminate flooring. Carpet is a big no as I suffer from dust allergies. Our rooms were located on the 2nd floor & were not updated & all had carpet. There is also no elevator. I voiced my concerns to the staff regarding the outdated rooms as this is not what we saw online when we booked. The rooms are in the process of being updated, but have not reached the 2nd floor yet. Staff was very eager to move us to the 1st...

"Older, average hotel. No big complaints, but just an average stay. Texas Roadhouse right next door was very convenient. Most of the hotels in this area are right on "the strip" and the road stayed loud well past 11pm on a Friday night."

"beautiful motel on route 66, easy to come , park and continue to the city"

"As good as always! Incredibly fresh smelling rooms. The bath care items are great quality. Towels are fluffy and extremely clean. Hot breakfast items were only lukewarm and the waffle mix was watered down, so they were thin and entirely too crunchy, I really needed good coffee, but it looked weak, so I didn’t drink it. The cereal, toast and cold items seemed fine."

"Clean, comfortable beds; friendly, professional staff; quiet rooms/location."

"Good place!"
