"Room and property was clean and comfortable. Really had no issues. Would stay again. It’s about 30 minutes from Shipshewana. Shopping near by if needed anything. Nice neighborhood for walking."

"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."

"The staff when I check in was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was in the room. There were four separate lights in the room besides the overhead light by the bathroom. Three of four lights were burnt out. Room is decorated with dark colors to begin with. Went to the front desk and was told that they didn't have any light bulbs at all. "Really good stay caring staff and felt like a safe hotel, updated rooms and reasonable rates would stay again!"

"Room and building were clean. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. The tub couldn’t be used for a bath. Shower got way too hot. There was broken glass in the parking lot. We informed front desk in the evening but it was not taken care of until the following morning. The breakfast was a nice selection but the coffee was full of coffee grounds. The lady was apologetic. "No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast."

"There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. "Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). "

"Great stay! The rooms (we booked 4) were clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable, pillows great. Breakfast menu was extensive and fresh. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool was clean and nice and the hot tub was great. Couldn't complain about a thing!"

"This location smelled like a marijuana factory. One room completely had the toilet seat broken and they moved us up a floor. There was not a hairdryer, iron or in room coffee pot and the tv did not work. Luckily we had family near by and just used this place to sleep and shower. The room was dingy and it continued to smell like someone was smoking in the building. It can’t just be from outside smokers."

"Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a very good experience. However the couch was missing in the room and the empty space looked awkward, as well as the towel hook and other mechanical items were either missing or broken."
