"Not sure if it was anywhere in the description, but this property splits and has a fence dividing their rentable rooms from those rented out to county tenants. A lot of those people were definitely did not convey a safe environment. Was told by staff after the concern was brought up that security is tight by the fence and that people from their are supposed to stay on that side but we saw a person jump over the fence within a minute of parking and at least two drug deals on the rentable side...

"Everything was lovely. No complaints. The only thing I would suggest is adding thin curtains that block people from seeing in so there is a way to enjoy the outside view and not have to close off views with the heavy curtains. I would have loved to have views during the nite hours instead of closing heavy curtains. This Would be a nice added touch to the wonderful accommodations in our room"

"The room had a bad odor. The room on the floor where AC units were stored had the door open and the noise was loud, as it was just 3 doors down from our room. Also, when the AC-heater unit came on in the room sounded like a thrashing machine. waking us up each time. The breakfast was very good and we both enjoyed it. We went to breakfast around 830 am. When we returned at 945 am to check our room and pick up our extra baggage, they had already cleaned the room. I wound give this hotel about a...

"First impressions walking into our room it was very spacious with two rooms. Large windows both you could see the ocean side view but also the side of the other buildings which were dirty and run down. Within 25 minutes of being in our room I began to feel sick. It started as a headache out of nowhere. We realized it was a bit stuffy and an old smell kept appearing. The windows while are very large do not open so the only air coming in were through vents in the ceiling which after looking at...

"Comfortable king bed. Sofa bed upholstery needs cleaned, otherwise bedroom was clean. Bathroom was clean but in need of some minor maintenance. Carpet in hallways was dirty but otherwise common areas were good. Pleasant breakfast area enclosed with glass and had feel of an arboretum with several live plants. Friendly staff. The hotel served the purpose of a reasonably priced accommodation in close proximity to Channel Island boat."
