The house keeping kept the room beyond clean throughout the stay and also called in later to check everything was ok, they absolutely smashed it keeping the room in tip top condition. The hotel was definitely 5 star, the whole resort is massive with plenty to do which includes fine dining, pool fun and a casino. "Room cleaned daily to high standard. Staff very helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast. Hotel has started to look a little jaded in places, e.g. toilets in reception and mirror in bathroom. The family room was large enough for 4 with a king size room and a twin room. Did book on the pretence that the room had a walk in shower due to a disability but there was a shower over the bath instead. The pool is great, although can get busy and finding a lounger is at times hard. They have a 15 min towel removal rule but don't enforce it.
