"Incredible hotel! There are steps to get inside, but if you’re in Italy you probably expect steps anyway. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We passed by the Duomo every time we were moving to our from the hotel. We even had a late check-in and they made it very easy, sending pictures and videos of what to do. It felt very safe. Checked us in quickly, contacted cabs for us when needed, pointed out the train station which we used often, recommended places to eat, and best of all provided a needed corkscrew for the copious bottles of excellent wine or beer our group consumed. They even researched train options to Rome termini and airport, so we would not miss our flight, due to a rail strike the day we traveled home."

The bar at night is nice with the skyline.
