"This is a great, older ‘Mom and Pop’ motel in a cute small town! The check-in was comfortable, old-style with the key by the TV…although technically contactless, the owners were around and welcomed us and offered any help we might need, tips on visiting Letchworth, local dining, etc! The room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean; two nice tables, so plenty of areas to put out your stuff, read, write, etc. The bathroom area was spotless and had plenty of hooks for clothes, and to dry...

"Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future."

"We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work."

"The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf...

"Breakfast was at an attached restaurant. The Breakfast was not included. The "shower pan" was very shallow so it was very difficult to avoid leaking water on the floor."
