"There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing."

"Everything was great! The only suggestion is that you make it easier for people checking in between 9-10pm. The door was locked even though there were people still inside eating. I had to call for someone to let me in, even though staff could clearly see me standing by the door and it was before 10pm. "

"Pulled in to check into property and was early. None of the images online accurately represent the property. Office area is closed from 1-3 (most likely safety issues) so I could not cancel directly. Had to email. Luckily the manager knew that it was unsafe and cancelled at no charge, they didn't even argue about it. The only things correct is that it's been re-painted at some point, and has the correct name, everything else is a misrepresentation. Travel beware."

"parking is off one of the busier streets in town, there's a heavy homeless presence in the area* not all of them are friendly..."

"First the desk clerk tryed to charge me more for the room when I arrived. The bathroom look like some one died in it, the heat didnt work so they gave me a floor heater that was older than me which kept knocking out the power which happened 4x. The last time was around 11pm. I was with out power in the middle of winter after an hour i just left. This the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. "

"Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. "

"Very nice room, I was out of town for a graduation and lost my wallet on the way and didn't have my id but the staff was very friendly and helpful and they helped me get in the room."

"I spent a relaxing evening, hotel is quiet at night. It has a small kitchen. Staff was wonderful, lady that checked me in was a Gem of a person. She answered every question I had n made me feel welcomed."
