Was here for a 4 night stay and the first 3 nights where fine but on my last evening Thursday 16th October there was a very loud party blasting music in the main dancehall/function room of the hotel until 2am!!!! Dance/rave music with people chanting and singing through a very loud microphone underneath my room on the first floor, I was up early for a flight and this prevented me from sleeping, it is simply not want you want when you stay at a hotel.
I went down to the reception to complain and ask for the music to be turned down a little at 12:30am or even just close the doors to the function room but they simply told me there is nothing they can do and I just had to wait for it to finish at 2am!
They didn’t offer me anything, not a change of room, no compensation, no nothing!
DO NOT STAY HERE IS YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP!
