"Fantastic hotel. Been upgraded since I stayed there last and honestly had a great stay. Staff are fantastic and helpful. Amenities, everything you could want. Bars and restaurants nearby so choice is not a problem if you want a change from the great food served at La Laguna."
"The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Mine even had a balcony where I sat and had lunch. The location is excellent 3 minutes walk from the bus station a big supermarket on your doorstep and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast is ok you get a cup of proper coffee a couple of croissants and a toasted bread loaf"
"Nice hotel and pleased we picked it. It advertises that the rooms are soundproof, which they absolutely aren’t - somehow louder than other hotels! We didn’t mind too much but we felt conscious for others as we had our baby (which is why we picked a hotel with soundproof rooms). Staff were reasonably friendly but it did feel as though they were all in a bad mood and we were an inconvenience to them. Pool is not heated but by the afternoon it’s absolutely fine and the pool area (rooftop) itself is lovely and the views are stunning which makes the whole area feel very luxurious.
Rooms are very large and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast included but paid for it twice (€20 each) the first time was very good but second time round the food was all a little undercooked and cold - the freshly squeezed orange juice machine is fantastic.
Even when the hotel was busy, we managed to find a parking space outside the hotel which was free, didn’t have to park in the paid underground parking.
Overall, we would stay again as price was very reasonable compared to similar hotels in the area (and only roughly €10 taxi to the beach)"
"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the Thursday market, which was nice. Underground parking was convenient, affordable and safe (best to have a small car- for the entire area). Overall, good experience here."
"Nice hotel, it was spotlessly clean everyday.
Very walkable location, even to the main bus station, you can hop on a bus to and from the airport for less than 2 euros. Plenty of food places nearby too.
Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options and even had soya milk which is helpful if you're vegan.
I would happily stay again."
"What a beautiful hotel. It was close to the cathedral and other beautiful buildings. The hotel was absolutely gleaming and staff were so lovely. We did miss a pool and a balcony that is the usual beach holiday but for a city break we couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant was great! So peaceful and didn’t have the usual noise that comes with some hotels during meal times. And finally it had a lovely sitting area out front which was great to sit with a cold drink while watching the world go by. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it."
