"The location is perfect. We were a block from our whale watching tour, two blocks from the beach (parque nacional marina ballena), and there were some smaller but very good restaurants nearby. It was easy access to the highway as well. We enjoyed the pool and the shower and A/C worked well. It was very convenient for everything we came to do. Also recomment the restaurant La Boba La Ballena nearby."

"What an incredible place to stay! The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was wonderful and even met as at the front of the property to take us to our location. He answered all our questions and gave us a tour. The view was amazing and the pool was right there! "The Hotel Ballena Ray is a gem. While the overall vibe is laid back, the rooms are perfect for a long stay with kitchenette and other basic amenities. The breakfast is especially wonderful as is the staff. And the pool, though small, is wonderful and has a bar open in the late afternoon and evening. You can swim until 9PM, which is a nice bonus after a long day exploring the surrounding areas of Uvita, Ballena Marine National Park (5 minute walk from the property) and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended."
