"We bought a swimming suit for my granddaughter. The store failed to take the magnetic tag off. I went to the front desk to see if she had any ideas. She was very helpful and in the end called maintenance who then came and got the tag off. Above and beyond. Really appreciated it."

"Make sure to read breakfast menu before hand before purchasing before stay, some interesting choices that may not be for everyone! The hotel was beautiful, staff was most helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman assisting with transporting the luggage from door to room! Beautiful views of the Mississippi River from the room we stayed in. Valet parking is a nice option but more expensive for larger vehicles which is unfortunate, ended up parking a block away in a garage due to this. Otherwise,...

"For the most part, this is a pretty good place to stay. The only thing I did not like is it is a bit on the expensive side, parking is a little bit difficult, and the breakfast is difficult to understand as you have to pay for it separately. "
