"This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a fully set spot with so many things such as a pool, hot tub."

"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

"We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back!
Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun.
Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out
