"It was very clean. The main problem was that I paid thru Expefia and even after explaining this at check out, they charged my card after I left. I called and was told it would take 3-4 days for it to be credited. They wrote very rude about this issue."

"My two boys and I were in town for a basketball tournament. The night before I looked online to book a room and booked here. So thankful I did! Every single staff member I interacted with was super friendly! Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff- everyone was amazing! The hotel isn't new, but it was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly!"

"Older property with large clean room. The staff was very helpful in trying to clear up an expedia issue. I would not book this or any other property through expedia and this is my last booking through expedia. Upon arrival and check in I found they were holding a three room reservation for one night and I had only reserved one room and had my printed itinerary for one room as proof. "Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person"

"This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. "The property itself was great, the hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel."

"The lady that checked us in our first day was one of the nicest I’ve met and I’ve stayed at many places in many states. "

"I didn't like anything at all except for the front desk clerk. The room was stained from smoking and all the furniture had stains on them. The fridge was questionable and the microwave looked like it came from the dump. There were tenants who live there who made us feel out of place and insecure. We did ask for a pet room which is obviously the worst roooms in the place. We checked out less than an hour after checking in and went to the Tru by Hilton down the road which I highly recommend."
