"The staff was excellent, very friendly and respectful. The room a d entire property were clean and the room was fresh. The bed was comfortable with clean and fresh sheets. The breakfast was great, hot and delicious. We stay here evertime we travel this way."

"Upon arriving there was no one at the desk to help or greet me for probably 10 mins. That was strange for before 8pm. We swam until 9 and asked several times before finally getting pool towels. The hot tub is covered and not operable. We registered all members staying (4 & a baby) but only got the 3 towels and 3 washcloths when arriving. We didn’t know that parking was extra cost and then learned it’s $17/day! Ouch! For such a nice hotel, it seems that the customer service could use some improvement."

"My room was clean and very quiet on the third floor. I was in Tuscaloosa to visit my daughter at the University of Alabama. I did not eat breakfast. My only problem with the stay was the pot smoking on the third floor. It reaked when I exited the elevator all the way to my room. Once in my room, I put a towel at the bottom of my room door in order to keep the smell out. I needed a place to sleep at night and didn't want to spend a lot of money and this place fit the bill."
