"We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

"Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! The grounds were in great condition, including pool, tennis courts and pier with picnic tables and grill. Did not like: ...
