"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"What a cute hotel! So colorful and well maintained both the rooms and the grounds. We went to the speakeasy, ate popsicles and used the pool. Staff was sooo nice. Would stay here again!"

"We love the Drury but we did notice a cockroach the next morning in the room and outside. I let the front desk know. In all honesty, I've stayed here several times and never had an issue... was it just a fluke? Most likely"

"Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. I’m from the area but moved away so I know the area well. I stayed here because I wanted to avoid the “touristy” areas and higher crime areas. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again."

"Property was really duty and unattended. Trash everywhere. Room was duty, towels had stains, walls were duty, floor. Rooms need TLC. We stayed overall cause we were really tired and hungry. It was disappointing , because we always had good impression by La Quinta properties; but unfortunately not this time ."

"I will never stay here again. I came to relax. The next morning I found a hair in my breakfast frittata. They were accommodating at first….but a manager came on duty who accused me of not paying my bill and forced me to bring my food to them showing the evidence. I brought my receipt and the food. Bad service and management. I spent over $300 in this place to find peace. Bad hotel."
