"I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay during the Indiana University graduation weekend.
While the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. First, I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. During breakfast, the lobby and front desk walls were being sanded, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I found the guest rooms to be dated and worn.
