"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "

Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work.
