"We booked through Expedia and there was nothing in the main print that said the motel closed at 8pm. We weren't going to be arriving until 30 min. after that so I never would have booked it unless I had found and read the finer print that they close at 8pm. I only paid the reservation fee initially but then was charged for a no show fee of more than the price of the motel, though I am the one that showed up, but the motel didn't! Have requested a refund."

"The property is pretty run down. In the room the shower head was falling off, there was hair in the bathtub, the room and bathroom walls and trim were in desperate need of being redone. The lobby floor was extremely sticky and it stayed that way for 2 days. Elevator was missing a few rails on the walls and the carpet was bubbled up everywhere including our room. We love staying in Best Westerns, but this one is a no go for us to stay in again."

"The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. "Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym."

"Breakfast was nice consisting of omelette with cheese, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, juices, yogurt, toast and muffins. Parking was convenient and not as much as I thought it would be. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. A few planes in the evening but not while we were sleeping (that I know of haha). Easy to check out and close to the car rental return place for the airport. A 7-Eleven is across the road and we got snacks to watch the games."

"Complimentary breakfast was so good! Nothing like a Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn etc breakfast. This buffet has freshly prepared hot items. Good coffee too. Close to all restaurants and shopping at South Centre Mall. 8 min. from SEATAC Airport. 30 min. to Downtown Seattle. We would definitely book again. Front desk staff could definitely be more friendly and personable. Dining staff very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."
