"Everything was good"

"I think it’s a great quaint motel right before you hit the busy zones of Tahoe and right outside Tahoe Valley campground. The property is family owned and very well maintained. The room is clean and nice and has all the basics you need. I really loved the lighted bathroom mirrors. Parking was plenty plus easy to park a truck. You do go to another hotel Apex also owned by them a couple bldgs down to check in but it was easy. Don’t come expecting a 4 star then be mad you don’t get it. Because it’s...

"Someone karaoke outside of my door, it was crazy loud for almost 3 hours, I can’t rest in my room. Stuff is nice can help me transfer my room but I don’t think this should happen."

"Overall the experience was good. However there was one major item that spoiled our stay. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The main bed was great. However, the sofa sleeper was awful. My companion was so uncomfortable and wound up sleeping on the couch cushions, which was only marginally better. An establishment like this should never allow such a worn out, poor quality mattress to be in service."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
