"Lo"

"Hotel room smelled like smoke, saw a bug on room ceiling. Staining like blood in the shower. Came back from concert at midnight. Nobody at front desk, rang desk bell. Manager clearly sleeping in back room came out to assist. I asked for additional blankets and pillows as there were not enough for two people. Manager said there were not additional blankets in the hotel. Once in the room, pulled back sheets and a spider crawled out from sheets and went behind the bed. Left immediately and drive 2...

"Parking was great. AC was old and so loud it kept us up all night. Requested a non-smoking room but the whole place has a horrible smoke smell. Room was okay but the hallway was awful with the smell of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts on the floor. Bed was comfortable but the bedding was terrible. "

"When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point. We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety. HUGE ISSUE, and the reason this...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I enjoyed my stay and would return. I recommend it to others!"

"Very misleading pictures on the website. The lobby is very small and dated. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls, it’s very dark and has a weird smell… very off putting way to welcome guests. They took a $100 deposit at check in which I thought was a bit much. The room was very small and dark. Dated and not very clean… dust and hair in the corners and there were a couple hairs in the sheets. The tv didn’t work. It worked out for crashing after a concert but we didn’t even want to shower there...

"The property was clean. Our room felt a little run down. Parts of the carpet, couch and bathtub had a lot of wear. Room was very spacious (king suite). It is very close to the highway and our room was on the highway side. If noise bothers you, not the best stay or request a room on the parking lot side. Only other complaint was the 8 am call wanting our check out time. Check out is 11. Assume we are checking out then. "

"My husband and I were extremely happy with Drury Inn & Suites East in Louisville, KY. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. Breakfast was the same menu both mornings but we stayed for only 2 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was clean. "
