Upon visiting us first time each passport or ID should be scanned as all the guests staying at the hotel must be registered. Every following stay procedure is shorter as all the details are already in the system. Our hotel does offer two possibilities of the seating at the breakfast area and it would be inside and outside. As the terrace cannot accommodate all the guests only on terrace guests are seated also in our gorgeous Crystal Hall terrace. We do apologize if you felt uncomfortable upon check in and breakfast area which for sure was not intent of our committed employees. I feel regret that you have not enjoyed your stay in our beautiful hotel and that you had the feeling that the room rates are overpriced. The access to our hotel Palace beach with your comfortable sunbeds it is included in the guest room rates; only the cabanas comes at an extra cost at EUR 50 per cabana. Our main focus is to provide the best experience for our guests and to make their stay in our hotel a memorable experience at all times.
