"Absolutely a little gem. Loved it here would Have loved to stay longer. Fabio was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ensuring we knew how to operate all the modern up to date facilities. It was absolutely spotless, extremely well maintained and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was beautifully presented, very fresh, with everything you could wish for. Honestly have put on a few pounds. Short walk to main square which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved it. "

"We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. "The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"
